Bureau of Agricultural Research (DA-BAR) has disseminated mature technologies to more than 13,000 farmer- and fisher-cooperators since its inception in 1998. A total of 317 projects have been funded through the CPAR program and implemented in 626 project sites across the Philippines (DA-BAR 2021). Certain aspects of the program design and implementation had to evolve to sustain and further improve the delivery of target outputs, outcomes, and impacts in the years ahead.
