As part of its continuing efforts to contribute to an enabling policy platform and technical capacity to support the implementation of replicable and successful adaptation measures in the region, the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and The Oscar M. Lopez Center for Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Management Foundation Inc. (The OML Center) have once again combined their expertise to jointly publish this book on Policy Enabling Environment for Climate Change Adaptation: Some Experiences in Southeast Asia, which is the outcome of the Second Regional Knowledge Sharing Writeshop on The Policy-Enabling Environment and Climate Change Adaptation in Inclusive and Sustainable Agricultural and Rural Development held on 13–15 April 2016 at SEARCA. This writeshop was organized under the Umbrella Program on Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation for Southeast Asia developed and led by SEARCA to serve as a platform for collaborative research and development, and knowledge management and capacity development on climate change adaptation and resiliency in Southeast Asia.
