NAY PYI TAW, MYANMAR. Agriculture, livestock, and fisheries hold huge potential for strengthening food security in Myanmar and providing jobs and income for its rural population. The five largest crops grown, which accounted for 81% of total crop production in 2014, are rice, sugar cane, dry beans, fresh vegetables, and maize.
