Ms. Sekar's paper employed the soft system methodology as a tool for change. She used stakeholder analysis to generate knowledge about the relevant actors in the farm, understand their behavior, intentions, interrelations, and the influence these bring on the decision-making process. Utilizing these sets of information, strategies were developed in managing the farm, facilitating the implementation of farm objectives, and assessing the feasibility of future policy direction.
As part of its efforts to disseminate research results widely, SEARCA supports the participation of its scholars in international conferences or the publication of their peer-reviewed papers in scientific journals.
Students and experts on business and management from 16 countries participated in SIBRC 2019. The conference aimed to provide an opportunity for academics and practitioners around the world to discuss contemporary issues and share results of business and social science research.
